I am a professional Therapeutic COACH

Coaching women to identify, create and maintain healthy relationships enabling authentic and compassionate inner freedom, personally and professionally.

I have spent many years invested in what is unhealthy; and just as many years de-constructing, identifying, researching and understanding what the most common causes for accepting what really doesn’t support the ideal life so many wish to experience.

Relationships are a cornerstone of our experiences and can set the stage for the rest of our lives. Although I am not a dating coach, the results very much include a greater likelihood of that fairy tale partnership.

2010

Early on in my own Journey, believing I had something healthy. Not just in my personal relationships. I really thought I was on the road to happiness. I wasn’t.

2018

Starting to realize how discontent I really was. I knew in some way, “I” had to change; and that meant, what was around me had to change.

I didn’t really recognize it at the time. Most people don’t. Not until there’s been years and decades invested. Which is a major ‘by default’ choice.
Unhappiness shows, even if you don’t see it in the mirror. Happiness, joy, fulfillment and of course, genuine love also has a look.

There is a process of choice involved.
The first choice is the one you make for and with yourself. Am I going to keep what is unhealthy? Or learn how to gain, nurture and grow what is healthy – starting with me? (I encourage my clients to take photos of themselves periodically. Just for their own witnessing.)
